Lost in London Terms and Conditions

1- Tickets issued are subject to the Rules and Regulations of the Venue, Event Partner or Tour Partner and are available on request. .

2- Neither the Venue, the Event Partner, Tour Partner, nor Lost in London shall have any further liability beyond the face value of the ticket purchased plus the relevant per ticket booking fee.

3- Attraction, Event or Theatre tickets cannot be exchanged or refunded after purchase unless cancellation is the fault of the organiser.

4- Cancellation of a tour will incur a charge of a percentage of the total price as follows: Cancellation notified and tickets returned 22 days or more prior to departure is 0% of total value. Cancellation notified and tickets returned between 22 and 14 days of departure will be 50% of total value. Cancellation notified and tickets returned within 14 days of departure will be charged 100% of the total value.

5- Date amendments or name changes to tour bookings prior to departure are subject to a £10.00 per person administration fee, plus or minus any price difference. Date amendments are not possible within 22 days of travel and will be subject to cancellation charges as above.

6- Unlawful resale or attempted unlawful resale of any ticket is grounds for seizure or cancellation of that ticket without refund or other compensation.

7- Management , the venue, Event Organiser or Tour Partner reserves the right to make alterations to the advertised arrangements or to refuse admission.

8- If accurate personal contact details are not provided at the time of booking (correct email, phone number and billing address), we reserve the right to cancel and refund the transaction.

9- All prices which are displayed show separately the face value of the tickets, any applicable payment processing fees, booking fees and any applicable dispatch/handling charges. All prices are inclusive of any applicable VAT. By completing and submitting the electronic order form (or proceeding through the 'checkout process') you are making an offer to purchase goods. Neither submitting an electronic order form or completing the checkout process constitutes our acceptance of your order.

10- We try our very best to ensure the accuracy of all of our prices, but in rare instances pricing errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of your booking, we will contact you via email or phone or letter and will give you the option of either a) re-processing your booking at the correct price or b) cancelling your booking with a full refund of any monies already paid.

11- You will be responsible for your personal conduct and will indemnify us against any liability for damage caused by you or any members of your party.

12- We do not store credit card details nor do we share customer details with any 3rd parties.

13- This site may from time to time send you information by email or post which it believes may be of interest to you. If you wish to be removed from our database please contact us in writing.

14- Promotional photographs are often taken at events and on tours, if you do not consent to your image being used on the website, please contact Lost in London in writing before attending an event.
