• St. George’s Chapel is usually closed to visitors on Sundays as services are held throughout the day. Worshippers are welcome to attend the services.

DESCRIPTION

Get a taste for British culture and history by visiting two of the UK’s most famous sites – the stunning Windsor Castle and the historical Roman Baths in Bath. Our coach will pick you up from London and transport you to both locations on a relaxing and stress-free journey! 

Windsor Castle
Dating back to the 11th century, Windsor Castle is one of the oldest and largest occupied castles in the world. It was also The Queen's favourite weekend residence, and it’s not hard to see why!

Prepare to be dazzled by the beautiful State Apartments, which, as well as being lavishly decorated, also feature many artworks by famous painters such as Rubens, Van Dyck and Holbein. You’ll marvel at the rooms that were built for Charles II and Catherine of Braganza. As Charles II wanted to rival the residence of his cousin, Louis XIV, in Versailles, France, it is no wonder these rooms are a must-see!

You’ll also get to see the lovely St George’s Chapel, which served as the wedding location to Prince Harry and Meghan Markle!

Roman Baths
Discover the world-famous Roman Baths! As the name indicates, these Roman-built baths are located in the beautiful city of Bath and date all the way back to 60 AD. You’ll have the opportunity to admire the surprisingly well-preserved architectural details, walk around the hot springs and even taste a sip Bath’s waters in the Pump Room!

We offer you the chance to not enter the Royal Baths, but to enjoy free time in the beautiful city of Bath instead. Please select your preferred package for the options availble in the booking panel.

Directions from Victoria Station to Bulleid Way: Exit Victoria Station via the Buckingham Palace Road Entrance, to the right of the Gatwick Express platforms. Turn left and walk down Buckingham Palace Road until you reach the first main junction. When it’s safe to do so, cross the road at the traffic lights and turn left. Walk around 20 yards, before turning right into Bulleid Way. Your coach will NOT depart from Victoria Coach Station.

Windsor Castle closures:

• Every Tuesday and Wednesday

• Sunday, 16 June 2024 - State Apartments closed

• Monday, 17 June 2024 - Castle closed

• 24-26 December Castle closed

When the State Apartments are closed the Precincts, Drawings Gallery will remain open. 

St. George’s Chapel

• St George’s Chapel is closed to visitors on Sundays as services are held throughout the day. Visitors to the Castle on Sundays will not be able to enter the chapel or view the burial place of Queen Elizabeth II.

You will be dropped off at Gloucester Road Underground Station, not Victoria. Your driver will drop you off within a couple of minutes’ walk to Gloucester Road Underground Station. Gloucester Road is in Zone 1 and is three stops on the Circle or District Lines to Victoria. The Piccadilly Line also runs through Gloucester Road, where it is only 5 stops to Piccadilly Circus.
